Laura's Dry January Routine

Laura here, wishing you all a great star to the New Year now that we are all *officially back in the swing of things. I love January because it's a time for reflection, goal setting and I always get really excited for what's ahead. I usually start my year off with a chat with my favorite astrologer (Meredith McCowan, iykyk), because it helps me feel more connected to the universe and has helped me prepare for some big decision-making in both my personal and professional life.

For the last few years I have also took part in Dry January -- which has been made easier now thanks to Sunny! A lot of people have been asking me how much to take so I thought it would be helpful to share my weeknight routine, which is one Super Sunny (our newest addition to the Sunny family, with 2.5mg THC and 30mg kanna) alongside my favorite mocktail.

Lately I have been loving a blood orange tangerine Spindrift with a squeeze of lime in a cute glass -- it makes the moment feel more intentional and, with the fast-acting Super Sunny I can feel the buzz by the time I finish my drink. 2.5mg is my perfect dose where I can stay functional (my kids are 4 1/2 and 1 1/2) so I am always on!) but also relax. And of course there's no next-day brain fog like when I have a martini, my typical happy hour go-to.
