Instructions

Sunny: Start with 1-2 melts, dose up as desired. For the fastest uptake within 15 minutes, place melt under your tongue. Hang tight – it might take a minute to dissolve. *Kanna can increase overall serotonin levels, talk to your health provider before taking Sunny if you already take an SSRI, SNRI, MAOI, or CNS depressant.

Dreamy: Take 1-2 melts 30 minutes before bed, let dissolve. Hang tight - we jam packed Dreamy with active ingredients so it takes a bit longer to melt. Chewing is allowed but for best results, let the melt/pieces fully dissolve in your mouth instead of swallowing.
