Start with 1-2 melts, dose up as desired. For the fastest uptake within 15 minutes, place melt under your tongue. Hang tight – it might take a minute to dissolve. *Kanna can increase overall serotonin levels, talk to your health provider before taking Sunny if you already take an SSRI, SNRI, MAOI, or CNS depressant.
